Terms of Service

TLDR:

Commissioners must be 18+ to order NSFW artwork, and all characters depicted sexually must be adults. I do not accept sexual content involving minors, or feral animals.
Payment is accepted through PayPal, Canadian e-transfer, or Revolut and is normally required upfront. Sketches take approximately 1–7 days once they reach the active stage; queue time is separate. Deadlines must be agreed upon before payment.
One major revision and two minor revisions are included. Additional or late-stage changes may cost extra.
Full refunds are available while the commission is not next in queue. Before work begins, other refunds may be discussed. Once sketching starts, refunds are limited to a maximum of 50%. Almost-finished or completed artwork is non-refundable.
Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased at 5× the personal-use price. I retain copyright. AI training, AI modification/style imitation, datasets, NFTs, and blockchain use are prohibited.
Private and anonymous commissions are available upon request. Finished PNG files are delivered through Google Drive or Telegram; PSD files must be requested.
Commissions are paused after 7 days without a response, archived after 14 days, and may be cancelled after 30 days. Returning archived commissions may be moved to the beginning of the queue.
Payment confirms acceptance of the complete Commission Terms of Service.
